The Fundació Sant Joan de Déu (FSJD) will lead the European guideline for the transition of young cancer patients from paediatric to adult hospitals within the YARN project

The Fundació Sant Joan de Déu (FSJD) is taking part in the European Youth Cancer Network (YARN) project, an initiative that expands on the work previously developed in EU-CAYAS-NET and OACCUs to strengthen the European network of young people affected by cancer. The project promotes peer support, the use of digital tools, and access to reliable information, especially for those facing relapses, metastatic cancer, or treatment-related side effects.
