Healthy EAT project

Healthy EAT is an Erasmus+ project dedicated to preventing childhood obesity by supporting families and educators. It provides practical, evidence-based tools to promote healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. By addressing misinformation and everyday challenges, the project helps build food literacy and encourages positive habits from an early age.
