Drug Research Ethics Committee
The Drug Research Ethics Committee (CEIm, from the catalan) is a committee attached to the Fundació de Recerca Sant Joan de Déu Research, accredited by the General Directorate of Professional Organization and Health Regulation of the Department of Health in accordance with the current legislation (Royal Decree 1090/2015 of 4 December) in order to ensure the protection of the rights, safety and well-being of human beings participating in research projects that may involve some physical or psychological risk and give them a public guarantee, evaluating the methodological, ethical and legal correctness of these projects and monitoring their implementation in the centers included in their scope of action.
